Trente Oiseaux Familiers is a project born in 2012 of an alliance between a DJ and a pianist: Hugo Siegmatt and Leigh Renarde. Sharing a common passion of synthesis and field recordings using analog drum machines, synthesizers, everyday objects and tape, the duo delves deeply into electronic improvisation.

After several live shows and hours of jam sessions, Dataglitch is thrilled to produce their latest self-titled release.

The EP's six tracks submerge the listener into an abyssal Detroit style electro-wave and synthesize the cinematographic melancholy of european landscapes into synth-wave elegies.

Experimentation and synesthesia-overflowing cerebral cortexes make of Trente Oiseaux Familier's first EP a notable step for parisian label Dataglitch. With seventeen releases including three of them pressed on vinyl, the label carries on its quest exploring electronic dysfunction throughout its discography, experimentation, and workshops.
